Take Route 287 to Route 24 East.  Follow Route 24 approximately 5-6 miles to the "River Road/Summit" exit.  Follow River Road (which becomes Watchung Ave, then Shunpike Road) to the 6th traffic light.  After the 6th traffic light, continue on Shunpike for approximately 3/4 mile.  Cougar Field will be on the right.
